I've had good experiences using Paybis for SHIB to USD conversions. Last month I converted 50 million SHIB and the USD arrived in my bank account via ACH in under an hour. The fee was clearly shown upfront (around 1.5%) and the exchange rate was competitive with other platforms.
What I appreciate is the transparency - you see exactly how much USD you'll receive before confirming the transaction. For larger amounts over $1,000, the fees drop to about 1%. Just make sure your SHIB is on the Ethereum network before sending.
